CONSTITUTION AND JUSTICE AT THE BEGINNING OF XXI CENTURY
III WORLD CONGRESS OF CONSTITUTIONAL JUSTICE

REGULATION
1. The Third World Congress of the World Association of Constitutional Justice will be held at the University of Bologna, Faculty of Law, via Zamboni 22, Hall of Arms, 10 to 13 October 2017.
2. The Congress will consist of an inaugural Session on the afternoon of October 10, 2017 and in six sessions, three AM and three PM, on 11, 12 and 13 October 2017.
3. The themes of the Sessions are indicated in the Congress Program.
4. Participation requires the payment of a differentiated subscription fee:

On this website are available instructions for the registration and payment of registration fee. Registration shall be completed by sending the form available on the same site.
5. In each Session, the Coordinator of the session, the President of the session, the keynote speaker, the speakers and the presenters of communications are involved.
6. The Coordinator has the function of presenting the President of the session, the keynote speaker, the speakers and the presenters of communications, as well as to manage the times and methods of the reports and interventions.
7. The President of the session is designed to carry out an introduction of the subject of the session with a report lasting 15 minutes.
8. The keynote speaker conducts his/her report lasting 30 minutes.
9. The speakers perform their reports lasting 20 minutes. Within each session a maximum of six reports is allowed.
10. Presenters of communications perform their intervention lasting 10 minutes. Within each session a maximum of five communications is allowed.
11. At the end of the session, the Chairman of the Session performs a summary report and draws conclusions through a 15-minutes exposure.
12. The reports and communications are selected for their presentation and publication by the Scientific Committee of the Congress.
13. Scholars interested in presenting a report or a communication must send the abstract - maximum of 1500 characters -in Italian, English, French, Spanish or Portuguese - by May 31, 2017. The abstract must indicate 4 keywords and the name and the academic or professional qualification, together with all useful contacts (phone, cell phone, e-mail). The file must be sent in PDF format and must be named with the name and surname of the Author. The document should refer to this call for papers. The file will be sent by May 31, 2017 using the same form requested for registration attaching the report or notice files. The module can be found on this website.
14. By June 30, 2017, the Scientific Committee of the Congress will select the received abstracts and it will, in any case, give communication to the proponents.
15. By August 31, 2017 those whose intervention (report or communication) has been accepted must send, to the conditions to be communicated, the written text of the intervention.
16. The selected main reports, reports and communications will be published by the publishers Editoriale Scientifica of Naples and Ediciones Nueva Juridica of Bogota in a book available during the Congress.
